Wheres the cheapest place to get it? I never realized how expensive it was. I'd like to use it to paint my cage when I get it in.

You can pick some up if you're going to be at Carlisle next weekend. Otherwise I would say Eastwood (who has their own version) or just online order. It isn't really any cheaper anywhere.

Does POR 15 still photo-degrade? if it does you may need to paint over it after you paint it.

I would powder coat your cage then touch up the weld's when you get it in. Eastwood has lot's of good paint options too... Por 15 is more of an undercoating than a finish paint.
